About Paprika Whole Paprika Milled Paprika

Whole Paprika is obtained from the dehydrating of clean, mature fruit of Capsicum annuum L.  Paprika pods are cleaned by air and / or washed before being dried and sorted in specially designed boxes built for holding a maximum content of fruits without damage. Product is manufactured, packaged, stored and shipped in accordance with current good manufacturing standards. Our product does not contain silicon dioxide, ethoxiquin, added sulfites or any other incidental additives. Our product complies with current Good Manufacturing Standards, Packaging, and Holding Human Food (21 CFR 110) and Kosher requirements.
